Yes! Daily Sanctum offers a free version with essential features including:

• Basic prayers (Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be, Jesus Prayer, Trisagion)
• Morning and Evening Prayer from the Divine Office
• Daily saint biography
• Prayer streak tracking
• Basic reminders

Premium features are available through subscription for those who want access to our complete library of 500+ prayers and additional features.

Which platforms is Daily Sanctum available on?

Daily Sanctum is currently available for iPhone and iPad through the Apple App Store. We're exploring options for Android and web versions based on user demand.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! New users receive a 14-day free trial of all premium features. You won't be charged during the trial period, and you can cancel anytime before it ends to avoid charges.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Daily Sanctum
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are subject to Apple's standard refund policy. To request a refund, you'll need to contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history in the App Store.

How accurate is the liturgical calendar?

Our liturgical calendars are carefully maintained for both Catholic and Orthodox traditions. We follow the Roman calendar for Catholic users and the Julian/Revised Julian calendar for Orthodox users. Major feasts and saints' days are regularly updated.

Can I use Daily Sanctum offline?

Premium subscribers can download content for offline use. This is perfect for retreats, travel, or areas with limited internet connectivity. Free users have access to basic prayers offline.

Sign in with the same account on all your devices. Your prayer history, preferences, and progress will automatically sync through iCloud (for Apple Sign In) or our secure servers (for email sign in).

Account & Settings

How do I change my tradition preference?

You can change your tradition preference in the app:

1. Go to Profile tab
2. Tap Tradition Settings
3. Select Catholic, Orthodox, or Both

Can I customize prayer reminders?

Yes! Free users can set up to 2 daily reminders. Premium users get unlimited customizable reminders with different prayer suggestions for each time.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Go to Profile tab
2. Tap Privacy Settings
3. Select Delete Account
4. Confirm your choice

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
